the only problem with this game is that i like wolves. apparently the developers didn't. :(

either way i think it's working for me
the Chinese characters says "so that everyone can play a better game, please wait." something like that. and then it says "that you should come back in 20 seconds. "

actually, easiest way to win is being Okinawa.
In my opinion, it's best to start with Okinawa or Hokkaido. You can build up your army without getting attacked by your neighbors.
