your team member learn these skills by participating in missions marked a such. you cant use them it only lets you explore those environment without it failing because you are learning the skill (the skill lv of the character still matters though)
ok 1 more shot and i got it. just remove the L piece and box on left then remove the ramp when the ball is just to the left of the battery. the battery will roll right, the ball will fall into the thing then remove the large box when its charged
