read the instructions before you say "I can't jump, this game sucks". Also, for the bosses, it's pretty self explanatory...you can't reach them, so what are you gonna do? Lastly, after reading through ~15 pages of the comments on this game, at least half was spam...but the people you should hate more than the spammers are the ones that come up with those rumors...just like people that start chain mails. You've been served :P
the game was rather easy...but I must agree that I would have liked a setup such as left arrow for left, down arrow for middle, and right arrow for right. By far one of (if not the) easiest hard badges on kong. A hint: focus on the center of the screen and use your peripherals to watch the height of each ball, that way you can see everything on the screen. Triple score was by far the best helper for achieving the hard, but clear saved my lives.
I know this game is older, but really, that's no reason to NOT fix the mute-ish button. As for The End, all you need to do is fully upgrade everything, spam the arrows at the base of it, and send out nothing but hobbits and angels. You will be doing the most damage in this fight, and the angels will keep the smaller units from even getting to your troops while gaining you more mana.
I can appreciate the random AI, I really can...but I think the levels need a better setup, because I attempted level 4 at least a dozen times before I completed it, whereas level 13, 14, and 18 only took me one attempt each...also while waiting for the alarm to go down, I noticed that tapping a direction key altered the guards' sight cone size (meaning it made it bigger sometimes, while other times making it smaller...). 2/5 from me, as I really got no satisfaction for beating it (other than the badge).
don't care for it much. The pipes will randomly 'swing' and sometimes even connect with other pipes on their own. Other times I'll try to stretch the pieces to connects and they'll pop back, while sometimes doing this works. I don't think the physics are steady enough. 2/5
lvl 20 is possible. If you hit the home button it skips the lvl (only works once it says it), so it won't say that you beat it if you didn't actually beat it. To FIND the crab, go to the "negative world". As to how to beat him, I can't remember.
needs keyboard shortcuts for unit select (other than the hero) and other than that I love it. 4/5 for missing they shortcut aspect. Since I didn't really read the hero descriptions I really don't care...but Holly Nights is kinda funny...crit + life steal = invulnerable really
Carry over mode won't get you any medals, other than the kong, hanabi (fireworks), and medal for starting the first wave. All others are unachievable. In other words, just start the wave again and hope for better waves. I'm on day 45, and seem to be stuck. I can't get any leech mods >.<
Three things I'd suggest...auto save slot, the ability to use the menu before a fight (if you level up and you get stuck in another battle afterwards), and also perhaps a shop and inventory. I'm liking it so far, and I'm at about 40%. And as a final thought, perhaps a confirm end turn if you don't attack. My mouse likes to double click and I've lost a few turns due to this. Love the wait option and the skills, even if there aren't that many. 4/5 Good job.
need to keep heartbeat monitor on screen and need to fix the auto fail bug. Aside from that you had to put some thought into what you were doing, which is always nice in a sniper game. Took about 10 minutes to beat since it only had 13 levels. You don't even need to read the briefings since there's a reminder on each level. As for the last level...I blew up the barrel when he was standing right there, but it said since he wasn't on the helicopter he got away...kinda messed up. 3/5 for effort.
For zombies, you can just use your lead pipe. It'll take a while and my wrist started to kill, but as long as you keep swinging rapid fire and don't let them get on top of you you'll be fine. As for the last room, all you have to do is die. You don't regenerate. As for the rest of the levels, just back-flip and shoot. You'll be invincible for a great majority of the game. 3/5
got up to the "everything is draggable" level, then got bored. Some of them make sense, but with really bad logic. Never been a fan, but since you claimed it was less impossible, thought I'd give it a try...
the delivery driver is an amazing thing...really changes the pace for you. And since that's something I've never seen the AI use, it's something that can change an epic loss into an epic win. I always get it as soon as I have 2k cash, and I suggest the same for everyone.
