killbunny, there's no real point in saving it. Lots of times if you make a wrong move, you can't redeem yourself no matter how much time you spend trying to figure it out.
Homareg missiles should be made 3 times as strong as well. Now that I've earned them, it's even harder to win because the chances of me getting rockets (the only decent weapon) are even smaller.
I'm so glad that this game doesn't have badges. If it did I'd feel compelled to put myself through half an hour (or however long it takes to win) of hell in order to get it. Good call with the no badges thing.
Oh, and some minor improvements (not really essential, but would be a nice touch) would be if your guns/turrets could get new attachments as you upgraded them. Maybe different types of ammo you could buy. Just so that you're not seeing and hearing the same thing throughout the whole game.
This game could be improved in so many ways. I hope you're working on a second version. It was still fun though. I like the music, graphics, and just in general the way it plays. It has a great concept too. I wouldn't say it needs a fastforward button, but a a "send next wave" button. This may be just me, but the other guns are useless compared to the shotgun. Maybe if it was designed in a way that you had to start with the pistol and slowly change to more powerful weapons as the game went on. If the monsters had different abilities other than just flying like speed or armor (have to shoot them from behind) or invisibility (where they would turn to ghosts for a few moments - you wouldn't be able to shoot them for that time). A sell button would also be nice.
Redgoldandgreen (If you're still around), you should max out the extra lives upgrade. That way, you'll only have to kill a couple on level 19 depending on how many lives you lost in the previous waves. Only use physical warriors. Max out the warrior skills as much as you can (but don't waste skill points on things like the archer upgrades or additional elemental upgrades that you won't use).
I've gotten every award except for the "100 wins," "200 games completed," and "500 games completed" awards. The 100 wins and 200 games played ones are graspable, but after that I'd have to complete 300 games with nothing to fill in the time in order to get the last one. The games completed awards should have been more like 25, 50, 100, 175, 250
