Well, I offer you my way of how to get an epic mode badge: you must have a cat tamer, cat warrior, secret weapon, aerial support, counter x2, venomous, defender, mb swordsman for Matt. for natz slime bunny x2, magic counter the rest on your opinion. to kill the last boss when the battle starts switch to the blood blade and defend for the rest of the fight (Important!) do not allow Matt to do something else and keep autolife on natz. that's all the boss will die sooner or later) btw natz can die, it is not so important, because Matt can kill the boss on his own.
ps. the same tactics will work for other fights even for hydra.
