In defense of the submitter, I don't believe that he stole all 7 games of the Neko Series... if it's prominent on the web, it's a good game (or just stolen a lot), The whole Japanese writing could just mean that it was originally marketed and intended for the Japanese-reading audience. There are several games on Kongregate published in other languages (spanish, dutch, japanese, chinese, etc...).
