It took a healthy load of detective work, but I believe I have isolated and fixed all Load/Save bugs. Please report any Save/Load issues you have with the latest version.
There was a pretty serious bug with loading/saving that made it impossible to finish some levels if you had used the save/load on that level. It's fixed now. Please let me know if you have any other issues with the load/saving. I'm glad to hear so many people are enjoying the game. :)
I just uploaded a new version. Changes are: choke point boot camp level is easier, AI difficulty bugs fixed, global mute buttons added. Still working on the API stuff and the Save related bugs.
