What upgrades do you lose exactly when you rebirth? "You will lose all upgrades purchased in your last life, so make sure you have more dark matter than you did last time." Do you lose the Carnelian Resistance, Prasnian Empire, etc bonuses as well??
yes, but soon, I will change this to a respec based system and you will keep your upgrades. I'd hold off on rebirthing a second time for now. See the current plan on the subreddit /r/spacecompany
Only Creation and Battle actually contribute to attack and hp. Physical is totally useless (contributes about 5% of total hp) unless I am doing something wrong here. And Mystic always seems low when fighting gods. I usually need at least double the power level to defeat a god. So some rebalancing is needed in my opinion.
That really depends on your playstyle and how far you are into the game. Generally if you do short rebirths, don't get all achievements for skills/trainings and are online all the time, your creation is the highest stat and will contribute most to your attack / hp. If you only play a few hours a day and are offline most of the time, your creation will be much lower compared to your mystic / physical.
