on the challenge amulets that say you need to reach 100 waves beaten, does that mean in one battle or total?

oookay i see why this game is great and i also see why it could piss someone off. i traveled 50,000 m in survival and i still havent gotten the buffalo wings midnight snack badge. why havent i gotten it yet!!!!
