I think there should be longer quests. Right now it seems the longest is 100 days and the ring one (not sure how long but I have lost on time that one as well). I really like exploring, investing with the merchants, etc!
I'm toying with the idea of a 'campaign/hardcore' mode which would level the player way slower, and the map would be 'infinite' with building and civilization being scarce.
I saved and when reloaded my large mansion had the capacity of a medium mansion, my large shack the capacity of small shack, and my luxury house of large house 2. That's pretty messed up :(
