There are 4 episodes with 10 levels in the first 2 and 5 in the last 2. It doesn't say if you have completed a level but when you have completed an episode it will tell u:)

yes i did. At the end you have to have good timing:) just like level 39 (also hit the right blue circles:) good luck! it took me lots of times to get the timing right^^).
Should be able to tell what city is the capital on the map (correct me if I am wrong~)... I had to go on another web cause i didn't want to go on a wild goose chase...:) Still a great game, though. 5/5.
I have discovered a typo for the Siberia mission. It says that i have destroyed 20 tanks for both silver and gold but on the map i'm only supposed to destroy 15 tanks for the silver...
