The game is really cool, but unfortunately the programmer abuses his own system. Working with elements, immunities, experience and other game aspects is really cool. But somehow the creator of this game forces the player to play EXACTLY the way he wants. In almost every level there is only one strategy that really works and it always requires a lot of calculating, redistribution of skill points and trial and error. I can't image that other people like to play a game this way. Strategy games should be about common sense and smart thinking, not about painfully restricted possibilities and a very predestined way to play.. 2/5
The critical system is really bullshit, but is unfortunately the only thing that actually works :@ Oh and later on, you simply cannot avoid your units getting butchered by enemy critical attacks. 3/5
It sure gets incredibly lame after a while. Enemies are constantly attacking with ultra cowardly EMP's or stupid thunder missiles that will fry your ass the whole time. But most of the time they are pretty weak.
What's the point in solving this quickly? When you get stuck once or twice, your time is ruined anyways. Besides, puzzle solving and time attack never go well together. However, this is still a good game 4/5
The game is too hard. I'm sure there's a special strategy that makes it possible to beat the system, but that's not the point. It's a bit ridiculous that an enemy has 20k health, while your strongest lvl6 tower deals a mere 3k at best. 2/5
Bullshit game. When your geography is bad, it stays bad, because you have no time to actually learn the places. A great improvement would be a practice mode. That way the game would gain some really serious educational value. Right now, you play with the cards (knowledge) you bring to the table. 1/5
Quite and easy but fun game :) The weapon upgrades seem to be a bit useless though.. The appearance of the swords change for example, but it doens't seem like the enemies are dying faster with the bigger swords... 3/5
Why are both the game and kongregate awarding medals and badges for a completely randomized game :S Especially the medals suck really badly. Some medals can't be earned afterwards, because you had to have like an average of 50 waves after 10 battles for example :S How can you do that to a player??? If you're unlucky in the beginning, you'll never get the medal, unless you start all over. In my first battle today, I had to face two enemy snipers in the beginning. Completely lame... Still 4/5
The game is somewhat fun, but somehow I don't think the odds are very fair... For example, why am I Zilching frequently while I'm rolling three dice, while the computer constantly gets free rolls because he takes the chance with only 2 dice or even less :S!
Another thing I don't like is that you get awards for not zilching once during games. But that's nearly impossible since Zilchs occur even while you're rolling 4 dice sometimes...
Third point I don't like (and then I'll quit writing) is that you can earn badges for it, while it has nothing to do with skill :S So 2/5
