Try toning down the bullets that Bernardo shoots... They're pretty awesome, but take up quite a chunk of the screen and its hard to see what's incoming.
How to beat the Extra Hard Upstairs Puzzle:
(Note: Figuring it out yourself is very rewarding)
Blow a smoke ring. Now run down the hallway and you'll drag the smoke ring with your body.
And that's it!
I think this game doesn't work on mac... I have the pixels from my last game all messed up where the game should be, but I played it fine on a PC at the airport :/
Perhaps in arcade mode, make it so that you score 3 points when you have 3 lives, two points when you have two lives, and one point when you have one life. You still regain lives for each goal.
Everything about this game is beautiful. The music, the lighting, the plot, the multiple layers that make up the background... The difficulty is just right, a mix of challenge and hunting and running around. 5/5
Do you want to know why you have full stamina and health after each battle? Look closely. When you kill the enemy, all you leave behind is a pile of blood and bones. They were delicious.
