Instructions are lacking (how do I get a combo? it's not clear what causes them), description is deceptive (falling lumps of 4 blocks does NOT mean it resembles tetris).
'P' for pause would be nice. Also, I agree about the need for kongregate-highscores.
That's the stuff I would like to see improved. If you agree, please click + to give this comment a higher chance to be considered by the developer.
Hey, I'm the first to say it. Does not happen very often. Mute button please? Or is there already one?
Also, the instructions weren't very clear, I had to play the game for a bit to finally understand what they were saying.
Well, I have to agree about the colours being too similar. Maybe you could narrow the amount of colours the computer can pick for the dots somehow?
Anyhow, I really like the rest. It's a very nice looking game! I love the music, it's very relaxing. Overall, the aestethics are perfect, the game concept is fine for a little break... Just the impossibility of distinguishing that one dot from the others with a similar colour is a downside. I hope I helped.
Really? Is that all? I expected we could customize something. Anything. But no, it's just following a lot of instructions that don't need any intelligence or skill.
Also, I know I can't really blame you or anything, but the faulty English really annoyed me.
I was just messing around in lvl 29, when all of a sudden I noticed my boxes (or w/e theyre called, yknow, the things you control) were on the same side... How the hell did that happen? xD
@xyroclast hey idk if you're ever gonna read this buuuuuut just in case... I had the same problem a couple of times, but pausing the game (holding down the mouse button for a few secs) usually fixes it.
Hey Contrebasse, I don't know if you're taking ideas for post-game tips, but if you are... What about something like "Although it usually looks like more means merrier, it can be a lot more satisfying to have a smaller group that's closer to you."? I'm not an expert with writing multiple meaning-tips, so you can use your magic to make it sound better :P But it would be nice if you could add it to the game if you like the idea ^^
The thinking behind this sentence is interesting (especially nowadays when you see people with 500+ friends on facebook and they just barely know 10% of them :P ). However, I programmed the game to make sure that having more others around you is *always* best for your score (because even though this aspect might not reflect real life, I thought the game was just far more interesting when you try to reach out to every other you can :) ). And one of the rules I fixed myself for the tips is, to really work as tips, along with having multiple meanings, they must *also* be true pieces of advice when it comes the game itself. So because of that, I couldn't add this one, unfortunately it would be misleading :B
Still, thanks a lot for your input, it's interesting ! :D
And also it's heartwarming to see that you're still playing/thinking about the game after all those months, seeing that you were one of the first players on it :D
Thanks ! :)
I hate it when I forget to turn off auto, and then cluelessly enter a raid -.- Yeah, I know, there are decks where you can just turn on auto and get a good winrate... And then there's my deck.
Uh?
... NOOOOOOOO!!!! ... Ok ok, Idk why I'm overreacting, I'm still in the highscores :P I'll get you yet Martkins! Just you wait! ... A couple of months or so :P
WOOOOOOO!!! 1st! Finally! Sorry guys, I'm just really really happy... It's my first all-time first y'know... ^^ Oh, and sorry for ruining the chances to get weekly first :P Well... You can still, it's just really more difficult.
As an improvement, I would like to add: Could you make the music louder in relation to the sfx? I like to have the music in the background, but I don't like the 'die-sound' exploding in my ears.
button labeled "music" in lower right corner or the "m" key.
