I have Yellow Heart to lvl 100 but the AP bonus is not showing up unless if I equip it

If you raise boost to level 100, it will give you a 2% bonus to all boosts

So I have an addition sign next to my stock but my stock has been fluctuating and decreasing mostly. What's the point of the help?

Oh my effing god, the slaves fighting system is so bad. I placed my two slaves as autos and all they do is crowd appeal, and even when my enemies have killable health, they dont fight.
