bravo on the use of Ariadne. looking it up i found the Ariadne thread is a tool of logic. like Ariadne gave the thread to get though the labyrinth. his daughter helps him though the labyrinth of assumptions and confusing statements
(spoilers ahead) Okay, I was a little unclear during that part. I meant for it to be subtle (because Future Todd mentions Madison without any intention of Todd knowing what he's talking about), but Madison is just Angela. Madison is Clint's last name (he introduces himself as "Clint Madison" in an ending or two), and Angela took his last name when they were married. Future Todd is resentful toward their marriage, and thus, toward Angela's new name as well. This is why he says something to the effect of not liking the name when Todd says it sounds nice. Angela's maiden name is revealed to be Parker in one of the endings where she marries Todd. Because Todd does not know Clint's last name, he has no way of knowing that Future Todd is referring to Angela when he mentions that he's "together" with someone named "Madison."
stay tuned!
