Offline mode seems to work for me regardless if computer on or not.. I even upgraded my operating system from 10.6.8 to 10.9.4 ... and believe it or not Offline was still working for me!... I am running Google Chrome for a browser .. maybe that is the key?.. that and a Macintosh computer.
Its a fun game.. at least the first couple weeks.. ugh... though the end game gonna take some work.. I nearly have to just lie to myself and say that the game ends at 700 to all... so I can finally be free of continually checking the game and resetting etc... Anyone know the magic number of Angel investors it will take to get 900 to all?.. I'm at 8 quadrillion right now.. obviously this isn't enough... I am thinking maybe 4-5 sextillion angel investors might do it... but might take me a couple more months.
I have one small suggestion... I am not there yet myself but... howabout a 20x times multiplier for lemon stands upgrade for 1 quadrillion angel advisors.. give guys that have playing the game steady for 2-3 weeks a break ... ha .. I dunno I think we all have a soft spot for Lemonade!
yeah would be nice to get a few extra achieves ... on stuff .. though I am probably far behind most.. at over 100 trillion angel investors and max out all upgrades and struggle to get 700 all still.. I think end may be close but unsure with other people saying they have quadrillion investors and still not max all achieves... we will see I guess! ;)
ever get the feeling that whoever gave these figures of money names got lazy after million ... "Ah heck, lets call everything else ending with illion!"
not to sound like a total newb but, some of these figures of money, like septillion and octillion, and nonillion ... seriously I never new they existed before! ha.. I guess I think too small!! ...
I noticed just within last 6 hrs the game totally slowed right down for me... I think its because of the adjustment of lemon upgrades from 7x to 4x ... wow total nerf.. because I have 900 of them... my profits went from 56 sextillion per (whatever the crazy refresh was) to 2 sextillion ... (which when i refreshed I had double the Angel investers and was expecting 112 sextillion per) ...
Just got an idea .... discounts ... not sure if this would be too difficult or not to implement.. but would be cool to invest some money making the upgrades a little cheaper each time... even if its like 20 octillion for .001 percent of the cost of newspaper upgrade.. but allowing you to buy the discounts multiple times! lol.. I dunno, maybe I am just staring at flying numbers for too long... I'll be quiet!
I'm always sad when Angel investment earnings drop off... ugh... please need more money!! ha.. if I had a nikel for every quadrillion I would be very rich!! :P .. oh btw, a cool thing for this game would be crazy purchases for avatar... like for instance .. I wouldn't mind a starship enterprise... heck a fleet of em!
here is something odd... not that I am complaining!! but... I just got bank and Oil Rig to 300 each... next upgrade for bank is 22.884 quintillian per , and the next upgrade for oil is 16.885 quintillian per... not sure if this was intended or not..
It's definitely odd! We balanced it that way on purpose, though for a while people thought it was a bug and left LOTS of comments about it (which is why, I believe, you got downvoted). We appreciate the heads up though - anything that might be a bug should be reported to us!
