I bought a helicopter and it blew up. The blow up image is still on the screen and enemies still shoot at my dead helicopter. The life bar is growing to the left and getting larger and larger.
My tactic for the entire game was build 4 of the buildings for chaingunners. After all 4 are built just upgrade to lvl 3 (you only do it once and all 4 buildings get upgraded). I lost VERY few soldiers (less than 10) the entire game and my base got hit a total of 0 times. I'm in survival mode now. I spent the extra money I got on towers since I might as well spend it on something. I'm 10 minutes in and the enemy hasn't even crossed the flags for their side of the field yet. If they get close I just use the laser magic and it kills them all. I can see this running for a really long time before I need to do anything...
Just buy three of the same buildings to start. When you upgrade one it upgrades all of the same types of buildings. Just upgrade it to lvl 3 and then watch your armies march. I have lost a total of 1 soldier in the first 8 levels except when the enemy actually used a nuke to kill some soldiers.
Seems really easy to start. I've gone through 5 levels and I think I've lost a total of one soldier to an enemy helicopter. Am I that good or is it that unbalanced??? I'm thinking unbalanced.
Really easy. I just sit there holding my mouse down by the left edge. Occasionally I press 1,2,3 to do a special because I get bored. There are three healing skills, what's the point? Do the bad guys ever hurt you?
Ok, after 3 tries it loaded and now the tutorial... It needs work. You get a gun and it wants you to try it. It says to put it in the empty weapon space... well my weapon space has a hammer so it's not empty. The questions at the end are silly. Games seems like it could be cool but it needs some polishing. What is an "Empty Space Key"? Why not just say press spacebar to fire.
Wow, that update makes it SOOOO easy now. Having everyone only ever be 100 gold to hire and paying nothing to level up means you get lots of heros. On most levels I'm just hiring guys and putting them in places they won't even do anything. There is nothing else to spend money on aside from hiring people. You should have left it as pay to upgrade since every other tower defense game does that. It makes you decide if you should upgrade or buy more towers (hero's in this case) and involves some strategy. Now there is no decision to be made :(
It would be cool if you actually controlled the character, walking, opening doors, etc. All it really is is watch the guy move through a building (space ship or something) and then you move the mouse and shoot things. It needs more to it really.
Simple, effective, fun. But it really needs a mini map. Every decent racing game has a minimap on it. And no, the little red bar at the top with the white dot is NOT a minimap.
Ok, so what's the trick to level 4, the triple jump. I've died probably 400 times on it. I can't land then jump then land and jump again without dieing. What in the world am i missing????
Fun game but it really turns into a pixel hunt as you get farther in. That ends up killing games because you know what you have to do but you are clicking one or two pixels away...
