from what i saw, the tanks shoot high, medium and low, until they hit a tank, and shoot at that point until they miss, then they shoot high, medium and low again, until they find a tank.
its not a rip off at all, its a genre of flash game, so it is not a rip off at all, merely a different game of the same genre, saying this is a rip off of toss the turtle is like saying Command & Conquer is a rip off of Supreme Commander, or another RTS style game, its not a rip off, just a different game of the same type
