nice, but boring.
once you have upgraded the crossbow to max lvl, you can easily kill everything (exept the final boss of course) with it.
because of the crossbow i used nothing else then crossbow, halflings, dragons and angels.
i didn't need any other unit or any castle upgrade.
make it harder!

nice game, i like the fighting mechanism.
(although it could get more difficult after a while)
some area transitions don't work for me, which was very annoying. one was not reachable, one other just send me back to the area were i just was.

nice game. instructions could be a little better, but i think it explains itself pretty much. the symbol looks like a swastika (? - Hakenkreuz) when jumping, that could be changed.
really great idea! i like the combination of puzzle and rpg. with some more diversion it could be my favorite.
some suggestions:
1. losing a battle should have some bad effects (maybe losing some gold or starting next fight with less hp)
2. spells could have some other effects than just draining hitpoints (maybe stunning, poison or removing defence/critical)
3. animations could be a little bit faster
4. some more quests would be great
5. an upgrade system would be nice too
