I'm confused, I'll stop on level 8 since I have 1 square left my score slowly counting down.. probably I glitched the game but grr. I figured I was suppose to get rid of all but one square was the objective. Probably I need a tutorial level.
Haha, I guess that does look kind of odd when you mention it. Though this world was never realistic to begin with (candyland and space?!), I think it would be good if the grass in the scorched zone could be replaced with something less commonly used, perhaps some larva / volcanic rocks which is more interesting (if you have creative ideas feel free to tell me too!). Coincidentally, I actually have thought of slightly enhancing the backgrounds of some of the areas in the far future (but only after addressing the issues mentioned in top comments). I suppose I might change the art for that particular area next time. Thanks for the feedback.
You really need to hand this installment to a spellchecker. So many letters are missing. And you could add pictures for the evidence thumbnail, otherwise it makes if feel incomplete/unpolished.
Great story.. Can't say much about the gameplay, just like in real life the choices you make don't seem to matter in the long run. Would have liked it more if not talking to the alchemist gave you a visible scratch/scare each day, or even the ability to actually get a bad ending. Still feels great for a rushed project.
amazing.. the second try I did it the other way. Yellow-Top right or bottom left corner; Purple-middle; Yellow-opposite corner; Purple- 3rd corner; Yellow-Forth corner; and win -w-
Middle is overrated...
