A quick note, this really works. I started in Canada, and following this, I had every country infected and every symptom I needed for the rest of the game by day 18. 1, Pick Virus 2, Start in Canada, Greenland, New Zealand, Cuba (if not, restart) 3, Sell starting symptoms (if any), other than sneezing. If you don’t have sneezing, buy it 4, Buy 1-1-1-0 Resistances 5, Once your disease spreads to a few countries, sell sneezing to get rid of visibility 6, Wait until all countries are infected. If Madagascar closes or this is after day 30, restart 7, Pump 4 Drug Resistance and buy sneezing, coughing, vomiting 8 After a few days, unlock tier 2-3 keeping whatever symptoms it gives you 9 Buy fever, fatigue, diarrhea, pulmonary edema, hypersensitivity, hemorrhaging 10 Wait until everyone dies IT WORKS!!!!!! lv 2: click on yellow/orange thing to heat up the fruit the fly will come to it and eat the juice then its butt should become fatt , click all over the bamboo (the 1 closest to the hole) til it falls down, click on the flys butt, juice will pour down onto the bamboo and into the hole, then the fly should leave, click on the little green dots on the branch they will grow to flowers, click on the catterpillar it will come to eat it then u click on ur self to make it fall with the rock, click on urself and ull go down and bounce on the rock, click on thing's leg thats next to u, now click on the four circle stuff until its below the ice thing on the top, click on the yellow/orange fat thing to fire keep firing until the piece breaks and falls into the rock (if u click on the orange/yellow thing and it doesnt fire u didnt click on the leg next to u) the the peice thsat fell in the rock will reflect the light so the eye cantr see so now u click on urself to go on the next lv
