Clicking "return to base" on first level produces a crowd-cheering noise and nothing else happens

Awesome game, but the effect of previous runs doesn't appear much of the time and I am left waiting on certain floors until I have to restart the game.

@Gunslig3r, have you tried playing it? It looks cool, but it's super buggy and I have no idea what I'm supposed to do.
