Suggestions for Pandemic 3:
1. Hospitals (and other infrastructures) should automatically shut down if a region is forsaken.
2. The lethality should factor into how likely a country is to close borders, shipyards, and airports. As it is, I have had diseases that were virtually invisible and didn't kill anyone, but entire countries closed themselves off.
3. How can the population of Madagascar repopulate the entire world, anyway?
4. Perhaps the effectiveness of disease-fighting measures could vary according to the country's technological level?
