Madagascar isn't that hard to infect, I've beat the whole game without it being my starting region or anything. Just make your virus have a low visibility rate, and buy most of the traveling early. Seriously, the game isn't all too hard..

It's a good game, but too easy to cheat on. I think that people should pay more attention when they make levels, so you can't cheat.
