Holy crap, this is exactly like the game i was wanting to make for unity. But anyways I would suggest you setup some form of culling because I don't have T1 or T3 internet connection and a supercomputer at my disposal. This is probably one of the worst ways to implement the game, by that I mean the Unity Webplayer, you would have been better off with a standalone executable, or porting this to ps3 or xbox360, becuase of the amount of processing for this. Which would include the high def graphics, hit calls, respawing, and just about everything. So I would suggest you implement culling, export to a different format, and make the servers less authorative to allow movement and trajectory calculations user side, and then the server would just check with those calculations to make sure everything is correct. But other than the problems that you can't get away from i.e. the Unity weplayer plugin, everything is great, and i hope you win the competition.
Is it just me, or does the game have a memory leak? Also, I would recommend working on the character animations and auto movement, like a real ball rolling down a hill.
If you have trouble with the space button or any button in any game that's not working, just go and hold down or duct tape down your left "ctrl" button on your keyboard. I don't know how it works but, it just does.
OMG, the game is already over, wtf. Are you sure this isn't some April Fools stuff. I was really getting into the game then, "to be continued....". But whatever. Good job, definitely better then all of the rest of the ROBERT series. cya, Stat =)
I guess I'll be posting quit a few comments. Nice work with fighting mechanism, it reminds me of the good old days with final fantasy. Oh yeah, what radio station was Robert listening to, I kinda liked it, lol.
Son of mother duck. It said I crashed into a tree. Then a second later it said I was in the forest. Also, Stat, your grammar is good in conversation, but you should look back over the grammar of this game. And when Robert tells you of the third gem, the second one moved left or something like that. That's all I see for now. I'll give another update later.
This is the best first game I have ever seen. Usually a developers first few games aren't that great, but this is actually a pretty good game. Keep up the good work. 5/5
Yeah, I'm in the credits. And to everyone that thinks the game is falsely promising more, your wrong. It's just a redicuolsy long game. I know, because I'm in the credits for beta testing. If you think the game is hard or to long than you would have died beta testing. The game has sense been made easier and shorter. cya, everybody. P.S. the game is buggy now because all of the huje are leaving one rod when i let go of the mouse instead of leaving up to three bars. So the huje just hang from each other. The other rods will appear, but they act like the arent there and are just a part of the background. I'm not sure whats wrong with game as I have been playing it all day and it was fine.
