Reminds me very much in concept of "I have no mouth and I must scream" both the book and the game. Same basic idea, computer with a deep hatred of humanity for its flaws has utter control over your situation.
A lot of logical combinations work, but just as many don't. overall I wonder the point of a game based just around "click this against every other thing in the game" it's that kind of puzzle that made me HATE old sierra and lucasarts adventure games.
BTW ghoul + wizard should totally give you liche.
my main complaint with the first one was not enough upgrades, so don't listen to people saying there are too many.
The real issue is some take 50-60 runs to get, or more! more gradients to the upgrades would be nice. Look at hedgehog launch or when penguins fly: most upgrades have like 10-15 levels, meaning more constant advancement and less grinding away.
