I'm really enjoying the improvements made by recent updates. In terms of further criticism, it feels like Culture production bonuses are mostly worthless at this point, because unlocking each new social policy through science takes many times longer than producing the culture to buy the upgrade. Likewise, gold production becomes less important in the later game because of the time involved in constructing buildings or training units. The game seems to slow down drastically once you reach the Classical age, where, between research and construction, it can take upwards of 15 hours to achieve a flat +5 bonus to production or the like.

Even with Code of Honor and a strong focus on currency, I can't produce military units fast enough to actually win against the barbarian armies attacking me. On the upside, this helped me discover that I could use the Unit Queue as a bank to protect my cash from the invaders. It's a bit less efficient that just keeping the money normally, because it occasionally eats some of my money and spits out a useless military unit in return, but it's still the only way I've managed to save up enough to buy buildings.

5/5 on features, 1/5 of interface. Many of the ability tooltips are unclear, and so much information is thrown at the player that it's difficult to find the relevant bits, even with the I'm Lost button in play. It seems plenty fun once you figure it out, but a lot of people are going to turn away before they reach that point. The game overall feels like it would really benefit from a few editing passes from someone who speaks English as a first language.

Games like this get a lot of negative responses because players tend to feel like it doesn't respect their time. It's pretty obvious that, compared to your average tycoon game, very little time or effort was put into making this game interesting or inventive, and that makes people regret investing the time it took to figure that out. It's a lot like if someone offers you free pizza, but you take a bite and find out that it's just raw dough with rancid tomato sauce; even though you still regret that first bite even though it didn't cost you anything, and you're probably peeved at the guy who thought it was good enough to give out to people. I don't think you deserve actual hate, and your games don't need to be perfect, but you'll have to put in some real effort if you want people to appreciate what you're offering.

This feels like a pretty cool mechanic, but not enough to base an entire game around. As is, it runs out of engaging elements after about 15 minutes or so. The central mechanic here would benefit from some method of sorting/organizing orbs, plus a way to more directly compare them to what you have equipped. Fun little game while it lasted :)

This game is functional, but poorly designed. It isn't a single game mixing idle and launcher elements, but rather an unimaginative launch game duck-taped to an unimaginative idle game. The two games are only connected in that they share the same currency pool. You play launcher until you unlock idle, and then idle makes launcher obsolete, and the game is over but for the waiting.

It feels like there's a pretty huge speedbump around the time you hit level 40-50 or so, where there's not much to do except grind floors 1-13 until you hit level 100. I think the game would feel better paced if either floor progression didn't stall so hard, or the requirements for the first prestige were lowered to something closer to 50-60.

The first level of the "more energy matter" research takes 5000 waves to pay for itself, and if it follows the same trend as other research, that ratio only gets worse from there. The biggest problem with this game right now isn't bugs, it's that the rewards and costs of the various mechanics are hugely mismatched.

The MT Chip Crafting Window doesn't display the correct values for your Refined Tungsten and Copper. Instead, all three resource values show your current amount of Refined Zirconium.

So, once you researching Super Stats doesn't give you any benefit until you can max out all of your normal stats, which requires 43,000 stat points. If you max out your Stat Points per Level to 20, that still means you need to reach level 2150 before Super Stats has any benefit. Unless I'm missing something, this seems like it needs fixing.

This game has a lot of fun elements, but the progression seems really haphazard. I takes forever to build up any amount of blueprints or research materials, while I always have thousands of times more batteries, power cells, exotic matter, and turret parts than I need. Mining and refining don't seem to do anything for me without even more (very expensive) research, but its hard to tell if I shouldn't be researching something else instead because nothing really comes with any description. Lots of potential here, but it needs a lot more work to be fun instead of frustrating.

The visual design here is kind of a mess. As others have mentioned, the fonts are needlessly difficult to read. The Input/Output post-it notes look more like buttons than category headings, especially since they two sections are displayed inconsistently. The lightning-bolt brackets do a poor job of communicating that they're actually buttons to be clicked. The floating, fading thought-bubble displays are also more than a little aggravating to deal with. I understand that part of this game's design involves "upgrading" the user interface, but the basic versions still need to be functional, and these aren't. As a rule, most people aren't interested in playing through a bad game just to unlock the option to play a good one.

Just lost 2000+ roboclickers from resetting. All my production numbers suddenly went into the deep negatives, and instead of giving me +1400 roboclickers, the reset took away 500 of the ones I already had, leaving me with only 39.

Even after the update, progression is still way too slow. There's no interesting choices to make, no real progression, nothing new to discover that doesn't take hours of repetitive, mechanical tasks. In other words, this game utterly lacks any of the features that make idle games actually fun.

Fun little game, though the Relic subsystem seemed a bit unnecessary; most of the upgrades it unlocked only increased relic production, which is then mostly only useful for further increasing relic production. The rest is pretty great, though :)
