normally the avoider games are pure avoidance and in this game you go for powerups to boost the score... hence the "twist". I did say it was a simple game though, gotta start somewhere :)
It's bad, but it's not nearly as bad as some other games like this. At least this one tries to give you a story instead of telling you to click the same button a hundred times. That said, it's still bad. I know you have to start somewhere, but this shouldn't have been uploaded. Keep practicing, and wait until you make a GOOD game, then upload that instead.
Great game, and very unique, but the controls need to be improved. There especially needs to be a hotkey to cancel repairing so your engineer will attack when he needs to instead of trying to repair while being attacked.
Not a game. Games allow you to play them. This allows you to move a ship for no reason. Give the ship a reason to move, allow it to shoot, and add some enemies and you will have a game. 1/5.
Yeah, this is amazing for an 11 year old. It's hard, too; I can't even get past the first boss. You should probably avoid calling it "pure epicness", though. That makes you look like you're taking yourself too seriously. You should let the player decide whether your game is good, instead of telling them that it is in the description. Also, you have to press space twice to start. It starts the first time, but it doesn't take the instructions off of the screen.
Nice graphics (if you actually made them yourself), now you just need a game. A character with the ability to walk is not a game, it's just one very minor part of what could be a game eventually. Give the character a reason to walk. 1/5 for now because this isn't a game, but it has potential.
Oh, and if you didn't make the graphics yourself, just give up now.
