once you get to the river drop an electric coil in the water killing all the pihrana
then equip your lvl 23 SMG and shoot the oncoming dwarfs.
use your lazer to turn th water into steam and cross.
run to the turret and shoot down the dragos'
get to the castle gate and kill the guard
the gate opens and kill all the goblins
