Sorry Ma'am, but your husband, he died. Doctor Quacky McQuack did everything within his power to not save him. Our deepest and not so sincere apologies
If the upgrades actually worked, this game might be kinda awesome and could almost rival some of the games like Toss the Turtle and so forth. Instead it just fails harder than a troll in a typing class
1. A skill tree. Why is it enemies can use charge based attacks, while I have to spam a few keys? This is not something that NEEDS to be implemented but would be nice. Maybe something like Bloodlust for a duel wielder, restores hp for each successful hit. Or Smash where somebody who uses a shield can stun their enemies.
2. Instead of having coins dropped that poof, either give us an auto magnet or reward us the money after the fight. Seriously the picking up coins of defeated enemies is old, time to move on.
3. If you get surrounded by enemies, you have to move around till you are facing them. If I am attacking enemies to the right, let me press the left arrow button to attack the people behind me.
A lot of these suggestions that Anybody has given right now should not be overly difficult to implement. Specially since I have seen games that are not even close to being up to par as what this game could be.
3/5, throw in some of the game tweaks and that rating will go up.
Currently I think the game is about a 3/5. It has problems like most games but hopefully should not be automatically discredited. A pause function would be nice. I might sit down to play a game, but I am usually doing a million other things and can not always stay with the game to the finish of a round. Also either have a better set of directions on how ball movement works or changing some of the programing so that if you move the paddle one way the ball will bounce accordingly. The money you make does not seem to reflect on how well you did at the end of a round. So when you get to later levels and still waiting to upgrade paddle speed, you are kind of screwed. Other than those things, not a bad start
This game is difficult at first, trying to figure out how to get everything to work and so forth, but once you get a grasp on the game itself, it becomes easy and you just have the tedious death every now and then. Some of the names are really not the greatest choice in my opinion, but overall the game has a 5/5 and this without any instructions.
I do have to agree with some people about adding a mute feature in the game. I like the music but every time it restarts it has that high pitched whine that just kind of gets on one's nerves after awhile. I really do like the game and I think it is great, but the sound gets kind of irritating and I should not have to mute my sound just to try and enjoy the game.
I did not think this game would be as good as it is, specially with it involving a firefighting theme. I was pleasantly surprised when I started to play the game and saw that this game was very exceptional to others that have tried to come before it. There is a learning curve, but once you begin to master certain aspects of the game, it becomes easy, just not in the "I can play it in my sleep" easy. There are a few things that could be adjusted, like the plane timer and maybe more access to water points for hoses. Other than that, great game.
I loved the first game a lot and I think i will enjoy this one when it is finished. I do however wish there were not as many planes which are both huge and in great numbers. It is easy to lose your whole flock if you get pinned in a few spots just because of 1 or 50 planes. At least give the planes hit points themselves since airplanes have crashed due to birds getting sucked into the engines and so forth. I figure if they are gonna take out my flock, why not return the favor and take out the plane also.
This is honestly not a bad game for it being pretty much the same in a genre full of shooters such as this. One of the things that makes it stands out is the minions. I think that helps to separate this from the others. one of the bad things about this game, has to do with the enemies and or their bullets. These things tend to look like the money you are collecting and or your minions. Change that and I will give you a 5/5. 4/5 for now
This is a decent game, but hat is as far as it goes. It could be better though, just in it's current state it feels unfinished and was maybe just thrown out there. Several things need to be addressed and fixed. When playing on Endless mode, where are the resources you are supposed to gain? Units decide to stop attacking and will let a whole wave walk on by without ever being touched. What happened, did my units get fatigued and decide that they need the time off? The gaining of resources in normal game mode is just kind of lame. There ends up being no difference between completing a level perfectly and if a few enemies slip through. The wave length and speed up seems to be fine to me and should only be worked on after the other issues have been addressed.
People are most likely gonna hate on me for this. However I like the concept of what the game is doing with the whole eat and sleep. But the game as a whole needs some work. Dunno, just feels like another one of them hack and slash games. What separated the previous installments of Last Stand apart from the other hack and slash games, was it added a slight element of a TD to it, what with gathering supplies and also building up your base before the attack that night. I like this game, but I think the first two were better.
Sorry, I don't understand. What do you mean kill the controls? You can't move your units?
