it's indeed hard to win the game, but very easy to not lose the game. It just keeps going on and on. The key is to get to the last age, stock up on the $20000 tanks, and play a defensive game so you won't take up much losses while earning lots of money at the same time. then get 1 [or 2, which is more than enough] super soldiers to rush into enemy's base and win.
1. I dun seem to be able to load my saved game.
2. There should be an option to re-select your character (at the start) in case you clicked the wrong one. The only way out is to refresh the game.
