Eyewars: I'm at a sticking point around e54/55. Not sure what to do there. I've tried boosting ABG skills associated with EP upgrades but it's only helped a small amount. It's taking several hours to hit any upgrades which don't seem to help much. Have I missed something that will help?
No, that part is just pretty slow. You want to get AU2 big then expand for e3 e4 e5 times more (however much you feel like, I'm not sure what is optimal). At e75 the next mechanic is unlocked.
Forget my earlier comment. After working a few things out I found the game easy to navigate through and my expansions came every few seconds for 12 hours. (removed next comment because of spoiler) but needless to say the games been flying through the content. I'm now up to e19000+ after one night so I don't know how much further the game will go but it's slowed right down (as it should). My only suggestion is with the M key. Holding it down for 2-3 hours made my hand ache. Idk the solution for that yet without making it too duh-duh. Anyway great work on the game Eyewars.
Thanks for continuing to play the game even if you had some problems with it!! I don't want to spoilt anything but there is a lot after ABG. The numbers go way higher.
Also and I should've written this is the same comment (I apologize) but the cost of each generator tier should be staggered so that way you can decide to get the lower tier generator or wait a little longer for the higher one. The percentage difference between them I will leave to you if you decide it's a reasonable idea. At the moment there is no choice just choose the highest tier for best results.
Well, not really. The multiplier you get for purchasing a generator is the same for all generators. So in the long term you will get the same no matter which generator you buy. However, if you buy the earlier ones (especially the first) then you will get that bonus faster which means you can also buy other upgrades faster. But you also have to consider that you only have a few of the latest generator, so buying it means getting that multiplier but also significantly increasing the actual amount of them. So you probably wanna buy the latest generator first, then the first generator, then whatever (doesn't matter that much). This process however stopps mattering when the game starts to speed up and you just have to buy max cuz it's so fast.
Does this game speed up at all? If feel like to get to my first expansion is going to take weeks of active play (flicking back and forth between windows every few minutes ).
First time I played this game about 6 months ago I got stuck running out of crystals and a few other issues. This time I thought I'd try to fix my game and it worked. this game is way better than I imagined it would be and the follow on from world to world is just cake. Great work in all.
Finished the game in about 12 minutes (although i wasn't trying to break any records). It's enjoyable enough and a good first try. I hope you have some good ideas for your next game. One thing I look at is the graphics of the game. Interesting flash based graphics are good but I don't really like pixelated clickers as it makes them feel dated. Animations give me amusement. I hope this comment helps.
Hi Workingdad01, for sure I have some ideas for next update (skills, quest, daily reward, endless mode with fury skills for "rebirth" for example, another ideas will come later I guess).
Yeah the clicker is too bad but I took a royalty free picture, I did not planned to make another version when I created it (to be honnest, was just to test Kong and player pref save with unity on first step, second step was to finish another idle game already on track but bigger.
I will try to make animation on clicker, good idea :), it may come on another update.
All constructive feedback (good and bad) are welcome! You helped for sure, thanks :)
So I thought about it and I thought instead of having battles with mosquitoes that amount to nothing but a counter (as far as I can tell) maybe the mosquito battles can amount to a loss of active mosquitoes if left unlevelled. Everytime you win a battle your mozzies gain something like 0.01 speed or something and everytime you lose a mozzie you lose 0.1 of a random stat. This woluld effectively force players to invest in damage and strength with diminishing returns after a certain strength beyond the enemy mozzie so to speak. So players could keep their damage/strength within 25% of the enemies or something. Another idea would be to have a hand come down to a random area and slap the arm and if there's a mozzie there and the hands strength > than the mozzie then it dies. Every level the hand gets stronger and faster etc etc. At the moment all I did was click up arrows at random intervals and there didn't seem to be any real proper way to do it.
