i hope this upgrade chain is wrong.. the one in asterisks i hope is a screw-up and means 20%........one of the upgrade chains goes like this; Slowing Duration:30UP = +10%, *100UP = +10%*, 300UP'30%, 1000UP'40%, 2000UP'50%
