it is possible to get 100% on level 5, I managed it in one slice (but I was in two slice mode at the time unfortunately :/ ) but I can't seem to do it again.

once you give the thing with the nail "candy" (teeth) click the thing as fast as you can. It creates the most annoying sound, and it yells it at you.

so there were no wormholes in the last level. SOOOOOOO.... I'm assuming it got out of control and some wibbly wobbly timey wimey stuff happened, and you got sucked into a alternate dimension... since thats the only thing you left OUT of the game that was mentioned in the description....
