Moon lens and how it works isn't made clear at all. The things you can buy with it are temporary until you have at least 10, and that upgrade seems... lackluster. Farming lenses is... not possible? I awakened a second time and didn't get any more lenses so... why bother? Where's the progression? How does awakening reduce the time to get to higher stages? More tool tips are required. It took me longer than it ever should have to figure out how to add a guest to my party (click on the area below their picture, where their level is displayed, for anyone still confused).
5. Will there be additional uses for favor added? There is currently no reason to continue quests once all sacrifices are obtained. Perhaps add max favor as a high score along with max level/stage?
Thank you for your good questions.
1-Yes, this could be bypassed potentially by not maxing the forge. But ratio of prestige points to talent points is getting lower when prestige points getting higher. Also that makes progress is slower because convert on mastery is removed.
2-I'm planning to change medallion bonuses to something permanent.
3-I’m certain that higher level people will lose some damage bonuses and probably most of them gonna hate me. But you must understand that prestige system also killing the game. I had to stop prestige system before everybody reach million of damages. Otherwise, the game eventually will become boring.4- I have changed it to level but it's looks like level and prestige both are showing on high score. I'll fix it as soon as possible. 5- There is still blank spaces on sacrifice window. I'm think about new upgrades with no capped.
1. With the addition of talents and players being given a small percentage of their prestige as permanent talent points when they unlock it this gives a one time permanent advantage to players who were beyond unlocking talents prior to this feature. Granted this could be bypassed potentially by not maxing the forge?
2. Medallions give souls after the forge is maxed, prestige after talents are unlocked, and favor after sacrifice is maxed.
3. Removal of prestige causes a significant reduction in wave progression. Prior to unlocking talents I could reach stage 20k+ in a day, now with talents I can barely hit 3k before hitting a wall.
4. High score is based on max prestige, but prestige is removed after unlocking talents. Will this be changed back to level, or to wave, some time soon?
@JakeFromSeattle The prestige system keeps track of all points gained from prestige to make sure no points are lost. For example if you prestige first at level 200 you will start again at level 1 with 20 prestige points. If you prestige immediately you will again start anew and will keep your 20 prestige points from the first prestige. If you level to level 10 and prestige you will now start with 21 prestige points.
APavels as far as I can tell there are no bugs associated with prestige, however being as high a level as you are it may be in your best interested to hold off until the feature is fleshed out more. Keep an eye out for the next prestige update!
@Pavels you may want to hold off for now. There is a prestige update coming soon that will allow you to carry over some stats that currently aren't carried over (I believe, I'm not entirely sure how it's planned to work).
Small update after playing around with prestige. It's the wave after a boss wave that seems to have the rest of the monsters with the increased HP, not the boss wave itself (eg. wave 25 is fine, the boss will have regular HP at the end of the wave, then all of wave 26 will have increased HP) I still don't know what triggers this but prestige seems to be able to reset it back to normal.
Thanks for digging so much into the save issue and providing so many updates!
A couple things I've noticed
1. Boss waves are still having an issue where every monster except the boss has increased HP. Is this intended?
2. Since moving from version 1.15 to 2.0 I went from gaining enough exp per monster to level every 3 or so waves down to seemingly not gaining any exp from monsters at all (level 486 at wave 900 moving to 2.0, I'm now at wave 1,200 and the only time the exp bar has moved is when gaining experience from medallions)
3. Even without prestige all skills are now available
4. Critical damage from One Shot, One Kill is still messing up the final value (the error could be from Opportunist as I maxed OSOK 0-50 after being afk and immediately put a couple points into Opportunist) My critical damage is currently increased by 544% yet critical damage only shows in stats as x4.47 which is the amount being applied.
