Really like the concept. Some aggressive fish, i like it! Know it's a concept for now, looking forward to the bigger product. Out of curiosity are you planning to keep this more realistic or morph it into something goofier?
Thanks for playing, I am definitely taking this in a fantasy direction. The main reason is if someone wants a realistic fishing game, there's.........100 products out there for you. If you're more interesting in RPG mechanics and fantasy ideas, I hope this'll be the game for you.
After i fail the boss battle against the huge monstrosity, it asks for the usual "play again with decreased difficulty". After clicking that the game glitches. All the menus are still clickable, but the round does not restart. Just blank fields. Been waiting for the last 10 min to make sure.
This is the first time (or day I should say, or quarter-day...) I've ever played this. I always see it sitting in popular games but have never clicked in the past. I'm glad I did this time though, WoO is truly a well-designed and fun game. It's incredibly interesting, and the system is unique in it's own right. Great job! I look forward to more updates on the game, and the 2nd part of the campaign ^^.
P.S. Just a thought of mine but, if you're familiar with Dune (Frank Herbert), the WoO system would work perfectly with that universe of fiction. All the politics infighting, espionage focus rather than purely physical brute force.
Again, great job!
I'm glad you added the update so we can switch while reloading. Possibly make it so depending on the weapon the reload bar doesnt reset when you switch? I mean i understand the bow because you can't really half-ass that. But guns i feel like you could stop halfway
On my quest box it lists the "build the lumber yard in the timber district" quest. I completed the lumber yard quite awhile back, sooo ya...
Anyways love the game, and can't wait for more updates ^^
I've played many browser games and always end up leaving them because I hate waiting for my structures to finish up. However KotR's system keeps the game moving smoothly (i can constantly wage war on my neighbors) so I don't have to sit and wait for structures. The game also looks amazing! I feel like I'm actually in a believable world ^^
Played a couple times, and love it so far.
Unfortunately not able to play during peak times, so sometimes we're stuck with not enough players for a match. Would suggest a temporary adjustment with a timer for pre-game time, that would fill in any empty slots with npcs, if the timer ends and the slots aren't all filled. Thank you for your hard work though, look forward to more!
Hot keys would be great. A bigger version / sequel would be good ^^
For some reason I get a stronger nostalgic feel from this game then a lot of the 8-bit and 16-bit games on kongregrate
This slightly reminds me of doodle god based on the fact that it is about creating something through puzzles. Although besides that point, it really isn't related at all.
Like the game design, and concept. Was a lot of fun for me. Good job.
i like the idea, it's enjoyable, simple, and somewhat original.
Would suggest adding speed levels (moderate, slow, fast, extremely fast) etc., so that people who type faster, or slower than the given speed have other options. Also, possibly for the future, throw in some "bad" words coded in a different color that have some form of consequence. Otherwise liked it.
