The game is polished and nicely put together, but it feels like a Gibblets expansion pack. It could do with a bit more originality. Extra arrows are nice, though.
I never reviewed Protector IV, so this is sort of a joint review. The unit skill system is interesting (being based on xp alone), but it seems a little complex. Honestly, I miss the old level-up system, but skill trees aren't that bad. I really like the idea of interchangable heroes that command different types of units, but I'm not a fan of items. Having to sort through a crapload of barely-different items to min/max each hero makes things too complex for me.
Oh, and please, a 5x speed button :D
that was a fun game, but it was so short, i'm not sure how i'll spend the rest of my day... maybe i'll watch a video. actually, it was so fun, i'm just gonna press refresh and start again :D
