I think there should be a sort of add on where you can turn the fish you catch into hats. For example, if you like to horde fish, then you could trade in 100 sea snails for a sea snail hat, 100 whales for a whale hat, etc. :)
I seem to have a problem. I'm quite far through the game, and was focusing mainly on getting resources earlier, (not buying any new land). I had apparently acquired an abundance of Iron, and now only create theaters. I currently have 35 theaters in a line on both sides.
