Any chance we could get the "Respawn" button back, it was good for fixing bugs like not being able to pick certain things up or hats not reattaching after something had been destroyed
RMB+MMB now have separate bindings in Play and Pause for flexibility. RMB triggering isn't as common while paused compared to play mode, so the default while paused is Detail Tool for building. Feel free to rebind them as you wish under [Settings > Keymapping > Mouse] if you don't like the default bindings.
Could you make it so we can use middle mouse on broken objects for details? Right now we have to first do middle mouse on a different item, and then onto the broken item, that then applies any effects we add to both items
Most things in the game intentionally omit shrapnel. It's not really meant to be customized since it's not saveable so whatever you do is very temporary at best.
All stains and effects on items are on the same layer, so cleaning it has to be global, can't really only remove the wounds. I don't feel like healing should magically remove e.g. paint, so it doesn't clean at all.
[Detail tool > Functionality > Move to Top] respawns items. It was named like that for consistency with Move to Bottom. It's in the patchnotes.
