Yet, as you see and you're blaming Igor for nothing.. Unity Web player loading speed is due to your computer/ loading history... If you want to make it load faster just keep enterin' CSP for unity history to load faster.. -According to your loading it shows the times you had enter to play CSP on your computer-.

@Hari1, yet you need to refresh your page or restart the computer, perhaps if that doesn't work just reinstall Unity.
