i did the exact thing as mentionned above, but when i sold sneasing, i bought moisture II, which increases chance of getting other countries ( south africa is the only sea route to madagascar)
nice game but too much bugs
1: when you level up something, the levels stay at a next level but you don't get the output of it, f.e. natural gas power plants give only 40 energy, instead of 90 like they should at a lv 2 upgrade, it's like that for every powerplant, including the gas output of the garbage trucks and engineers.
you should make a notifier that it can cause lag when you have too much defenses or so.
2: when you can't do something it gives the last used sound for that feature ...

when that all get resolved, it'll defenatly be a gooood game ^^
