Little bug:
If you press the "b" button while playing, the screen freezes for as long as you keep the button pressed.
Not the complete screen freezes though, the time and speed keep running, but the rest freezes.
This is horrible, indeed.
The sprites don't even have a transparent background that would make it look like you even tried to make this look good.
Also, if you hit a questionmark block from the side or top, it still turns into a coin, but it shouldn't, everyone knows that.
I could rant more, but I won't.
I just got caught by a guard, through a wall.
It might be a good idea to be able to set 2 different control schemes, as in moving with the arrow keys, or moving with WASD.
Other than that, not bad, might want to change the background color to something else instead of white.
Overall, a 3/5 for a first game.
How come everybody starts to whine and moan about not getting the badges? There is in the achievements tab that says "Report missing achievements" in the "Achievements"-tab.
This isn't half-bad, although I'd like to see perhaps a little animation on the balls, while they move?
They look like they're sliding very unnaturally across the background.
I do like the concept of changing your color though.
Nice music, overall a 4/5 for simplicity, increasing difficulty, good music, originality. (At least, the color changing was new to me.).
I dislike the way to place any object.
The concept is very nice, also the execution is nicely done.
Although the blur, as many people have said, is a gamekiller.
3/5, -1 for the blur, -1 for placing objects.
Excellent physics, I guess.
The CPU is pretty unpredictable, which can be a good thing at times.
But sometimes, the CPU can't put even 1 ball in a pocket, and at other times it does 5 in a row.
4/5 though.
Guys, the chain comments are annoying, I understand. However, just flag the comment and move on!
As for the game:
Awesome! You must have had a sudden surge of inspiration, when thinking of bosses. I, for one, would never have thought of such an innovative way to introduce bosses to such a seemingly simple game!
The game is kind of lengthy though, I'll give it a 4/5, -1 for it getting boring after say 20 jumps?
Oh wow, you're first, who cares?
Ghosts look pretty nice, nice animation when they die. Needs a starting screen though. Ghosts shoot too much, because they shoot so much, the sound effects become annoying after a while. Needs a game-over room where everything is calm/silent. I like where this is going though, not bad for a first game. =]
Once you're getting closer to the hard badge, adrenaline starts to rush through your body, you feel the energy! Just for making that possible while still keeping such a simple concept would deserve a 5/5. Too bad I'm a hard-ass and I'm not going to give this game a 5/5. I'll rate it a 4/5 though, not 5/5 because it seems repetitive, even though every time an extra ball is added.
At first glance, I thought it would be exactly the same as Music Catch, when I started playing, I immediately noticed it wasn't.
The only negative thing I can think of is that it "takes too long", in the sense that you can't just play this game for 10 minutes, when you're having a little break from work, or school. You really have to take the time to play this game. I'll give this game a 4/5 nevertheless.
Not bad at all, although the art could have been better. Oh well, I guess you don't need a Mona Lisa sort of artwork for a game like this!
I'll rate it a 4/5 though.
Yes, the game has similarities to Amorphous+, so what?
The game itself is very playable, although after you've completed all 78 achievements, there is no replay value.. (Except of course the Impossible badge.) Nevertheless, 4/5.
