I never really feel inspired enough to write much in these boxes, but I suppose these things are necessary for social interaction on the interwebs so I’ll elaborate a bit.

I’m a big fan of the GoT series. I got into the books and then looked into buying the season DVDs of the HBO adaptation, so I’m sure you’ll probably see my name in the GoT: Ascent Game Chat often. I mostly lurk but I’ll chime in every so often, usually without introduction because I feel as if I was already a part of the conversation even though I’ve just been lurking the whole time. This pretty much describes how I am in every chat.

I’m a Steam gamer, specifically FPS games such as CounterStrike and L4D/L4D2. Before Steam, I played the NES and SNES pretty much every day since I popped out of my mother’s birth canal until the N64 and Playstation 2 came out. After PlayStation 3 I realized that consoles are a waste of money and focused mainly on building my PC game library.

I go to school (college, currently for my AS) and up until recently, worked full time at a country club. So I need something to keep me occupied until I can find another job or said country club gets more business.

I love animals. I’ll mention my cat a lot, who is obviously (at least to me) half Maine Coon (or gorilla) which I find amusing on a daily basis.

I also enjoy a good old-fashioned IM/Text-based roleplay now and again and may be in the mood at times to partake in one. But, this is not often. Character development, interest, and other factors ultimately determine if I think it’s going to be worth getting engaged in.

As I said with the GoT statement, I’m a big reader and a writer. I enjoy all sorts of book genres and occasionally indulge in Bizarro books and cult movie magazines. John Dies at the End is among my favorites with the Game of Thrones series and House of Leaves.

So yea.
