I'm glad I'm not the only one with these problems. I can only access the games I still have in my browser history. Nothing else works. Before that I had problems to get any game loaded for 1,5 weeks. It was pretty annoying. And now banners and description cover the games too and make it hard to play. Why all the changes?
Some ppl seem to have deactivated the notification when adding someone. It's easier if you activate it, because then the other person knows you added them and can add you back. Or alternatively leave them a message as info maybe. That would be helpful too.
@mystramisc thank you. I had paused the main quest with the rabbits as I thought it would require more time and lots of food. Your reply motivated me to continue and yes, you were right :) I got the well 2 main quests later :)
There's a visitor on my island, but I can't accept his request. I can't click on the box either, since an exclamation mark appeared on it. Anybody else experiencing this?
Can't start the client. I always get the error message "stopped working". Does anybody know what to do about it or is it a bug that needs to be fixed by the devs?
Lost 957 gold today and still didn't get the previous lost gold back. The dev showed he's not really reading the comments, just copy&paste the same answer to most of us. If I play a game on Kong, I expect support on Kong and won't register anywhere else! Maybe I should quit. Already changed my rating to 1. What's going on here is a no-no.
Hello AgentIR! I'm not on Discord. Warehouse log says I spent 250 gold and got 10 Kastmaster but I didn't buy anything. Maybe you can check and undo it. User ID: 2668891. A while ago I had a similar problem but didn't know how to report it and didn't feel that the comment section was the right place. When I was at the overview of my chests, it somehow happened that the system told me, I bought a chest for 250 gold but I didn't! Maybe a bug or something? Besides that I always have technical problems with the game. When starting a fight, it seems luck based, if the game will load the map or not. In most cases it gets stuck. Then I have to reload the game but of course the required fuel for that mission is gone. Friends of mine have this problem too and gave up on the game. It's very frustrating and kills the fun. I hope you'll find a solution there too - not only for me but for everyone. Thank you in advance for your help :)

For one whole week I wasn't able to login and support wasn't motivated to help me. They didn't even read what I wrote. They asked me for my character name, login and ID and when I replied that I need to login to see the ID, my email was forwarded to someone else and this person just told me that Tales of Solaris has been shut down on 1st june. So, why all the emails with asking me about my ID etc. and telling me what I should try to be able to load the game - if the game was already shut down? Is there only one person in their team who knows about it? And why is no information about it on Kongregate? Also there was no chance to contact someone from their team via Kongregate because the only dev from them who is here doesn't seem to care. I wasted so many hours trying to get this game loaded again incl. all the emails...and then after all the time someone tells me that this game was shut down...
