Glitch: Sometimes a mob spawns, but without sprite and is only visible on the map, doesn't move or attack. Once it blocked the path, but they disappear when you leave the map.

He did a back flip to get a bottle of beer, but he crushed his head on the ground, went from 100 hp to Unconcious but he managed to drink the bottle and come back to life =D
