for starters the best way to make cash is to kill dwarf skeles as they have an unusual higher rate of dropping axes that sell for 25 coins :)

you can literally like absorb items by dragging them to options and clicking on the background, all of the weapon's stats transfers to yours.

You can actually perform 1 kill head shots if you aim correctly, usually 1 shot to the forehead shall do.
