Even after deleting the file and hitting back from the load screen the new game button isn't there? Well, the browser picks where and how to store the files so they may be hidden, but they're ".sav" files with "indieevo" in the name, if that helps. Also, dying is another thing should cause the save file to delete.
Lovely game, awesome upgrading system, super graphics, spooky music, 5/5! It would improve the game if you could skip the storyline before the bosses appear, since it gets annoying having to click through all that text everytime you get to that point. If you are losing save games, you are probably using the latest version of Google Chrome, which is bugged. Or your browser(s) is/are set to clear cookies on closing it/them. Nice game nerdook - more deadly now and in 3D :)
In the newest version of Google Chrome save games are not working correctly, so if you are using Chrome maybe that's why some of you are giving the game 1/5? I have seen the game crash, but never lost my save game using Firefox - only when this game was updated a week ago I had to manually recover my save game. Other games on Kongregate have crashed for me aswell, but I blame that on the new Flash Player 11.3 for Firefox.
5 secs is added per shot to your time - so finish the hole in as little shots as possible. Save games being deleted is a browser issue and not the game's fault. Make your browser(s) not delete cookies/history on closing and your sva games will not disappear.
