Crappy game, mainly because it does everything for you. What's the point in playing a game if you aren't actually playing it? You'd be better off just going and watching someone else play a game. -_-
@SultanYu Also. If you're looking for logic and perfect physics, then you go and launch a rocket in real life. It's a game. Logic has no place here and just because everything that happens is illogical, it doesn't make the game a waste.
I love this game mainly because when I'm flying at a high speed, I can hit one of those boost things wrong and then it could like change my direction completely and send me flying downwards, effectively screwing all of the progress I made up till then. xD
When I tried to start my game today, I had to go to "New Game" to find it. The creator should've put saved games under a different thing. "Continue" maybe? It makes it look like our data gets deleted.
The save game feature doesn't seem to be entirely working. My only option is to start a new game, which tells me that my only option is to play this game in one sitting. 3/5.
I only have a few problems with this game. 1) The player's bullets should be at least slightly more visible. 2) When we take damage, there should be some kind of notifier, whether it be the screen shaking slightly or something. That's really it, to be honest. Even with those two issues, I give this game a 5/5. xD
Also, one specific icon was confusing. It looked like a red square with a black plus sign on it, similar to what one would use for a health pack or something. When I get this pseudo-health pack, I start shooting a laser. -_- The icon is very misleading.
The "Giant Object Incoming" messages are messed up. I was playing Level One and I see the message pop up halfway through the level. I expected a boss to show up, but it was only normal enemies. Same thing happened in Level Two and probably more. Level One is impossible to beat without upgrades, unless you just ignore all of the normal enemies, and that is somewhat lame. Level one should be fit for beginners. Overall, I give this game 2/5.
The controls need to be more responsive. I will physically click on a fruit in my ridiculously large crosshair and nothing will happen, at times. This, and this alone, frustrates me.
I think I noticed a flaw in the game. As I was upgrading my Santa, I wound up getting the skills that show up initially in the first 4 rounds or so all maxed, so the screen said like 'Click anywhere or press space to continue.' And then when I got to a point where I could upgrade something else that I hadn't maxed, like upgrades for the reindeer or the elves or whatever, it wouldn't let me click the upgrade. In fact, when I went to pick one, it would just advance to the next level without applying the upgrade that I tried to choose. It's a game killing bug or whatever because I can't beat the Final demon thing at my current state and I can't upgrade anything, either. :(
This game would be so good if the outcome didn't depend on luck so much. There wasn't a single Divine Edge between me and the dragon, so I was bound to lose from the start. I don't like this game because of the luck factor. ><
