Is "cheaper recycling" retroactive? (ie, upgrading at a later time wont affect the price vs upgrading at an earlier time? (is current upgrade price calculated by a base value vs previous value?))

@Tola better setup is golems to the side and meteor at center then have Ice sword, mace, honey and sheep to up meteor. currently at 200.5/sec
